Felicity Card - LOVE

We all need it. We all want it. We all look for it.
LOVE is so old fashion, so contemporary, so traditional and so precious.
You can do some good and big thing to prove it or small everyday act to show it.
And in papercrafting vocabulary's - you can make a card.

This sample is made from this month's campaign's FELICITY collection papers.
The name: L~O~V~E.

The idea is from the corporate DT but you can copy it to create one of your own...with someone in mind, from your heart.

LOVE - From Craftologista.

ONE-A-DAY #3/30

Hey...did you answer the previous 2 questions of my ONE-A-DAY 30?
Ok, here we go for the 3rd:

Do you have a favorite technique to make your scrapbook pages?

You may have many of faves - like I do - but we always have a special "something" that becomes our "trademark". No matter what your technique is for your layouts, create each scrapbook as it is your best signature artwork and make sure that beyond beautiful papers and fabulous embellishments, is your memory documented in one of a kind piece of artwork...

Now showing above some pretty embellies - the new Filigree Charms(Z1269) by CTMH.
This accent pack is too included - in the VERANDA WORKSHOP KIT (shown above in the photo gallery slide).

Suggestions to use these: as big flower center, as flower accent itself, onto a vintage fashion project, as photo corner or a fancy border matched with color-like brads. Just to name a few.

Good night!

Felicity Card - Bliss

This is one of the January's Papercrafting Month Special Campaign's sample project - from the CTMH Felicity Collection - BLISS. The name says it all.
When we make a card and give it as part of our appreciation to a special person - it always brings back a sweet feeling of bliss and gratitude.

So be happy and spread your happiness to others. That's FELICITY is all about.

ONE-A-DAY #2/30

Hi!

Here is the 2nd question of my blog's ONE-A-DAY scrapbooking survey:

What is your favorite size for scrapbook page layout and WHY?

I know that many people create pages in different sizes but we always have "a" favorite which makes us even happier.

Mine is 12x12. I also like 6"x 6", but 12" x 12" is always in my heart.

Sharing today another new goodie you can find in the Spring Idea Book: SOFT SUEDE PINWHEELS DIE CUT( z1270)... this means cute embellis for your projects!

This accent pack is a great addition to match with the new TOPSTITCH paper pack and workshop kit as well.

Good night!

"ONE" A-DAY #01/30

Starting today I'll post in here a question that will help us understand better how the "SCRAPBOOK WORLD" is going nowdays.
Simple questions that just need a comment from you (yes!) to be a part of the answer, well... sometimes we know there are things that can't be answered with only YES or NO.
But that is ok, we just want to share some opinions or ideas. Everyone is welcome to say what is in the mind.

So as for today:

The question is : are you (really) scrapbooking? If yes, how many hours/week?

This apply to anyone that enjoy the hobby as well those ones who like to buy the supplies more than actually sitting(or standing) for 30, 45 minutes or 1 hour and half. SCRAPBOOKING.
I know, many of us.
:)

So, feel free to leave a comment or share a thought about the question.

NOTE: the stamp set you see above is the exclusive My Acrylix B-size set that comes in the Caboodle Workshop Kit. It's so cool!

Good night!

Be healthy - Be happy : 2010 Resolutions

HAPPY 2010 - everyone!
For all sort of resolutions or year-long planning...I'd like to introduce the newest item that just became my favorite #1.

It's simple and versatile. It's a Journal with a clear pocket where you can tuck in your artwork and change it whenever you want.

The picture you see now is a sample I made when I was at the Portland Regionals Celebration( corporate event) - back in November of 2009. It was done easily without further "outside" embellishments. But this journal can be fully decorated with ribbons, chalk, ink and more...

I'm on my way making some others with the new paper collections featured in the 2010 Spring Idea Book. Will share the pictures in here after I'm done, so be sure to come back to check it out.

PS*the paper pack used for the sample is GRACE. It's just gorgeous!
:)

That's for today - thanks for stopping by!
