make something fun to celebrate a brithday

Happy Birthday to everyone with this cute set of kids-inspired projects!

We know when people see cute stuff and say: " Awww, that's so cute!" that is meant to be (really cute) - just like this birthday invitation - and of course the little colorful and fun monsters that are ready to make someone smile.

Cupcakes and monsters? Chomp, chomp!

From simple circles to a fuzzy head to yummy treats, we can create so many fun [and cute] things using the CTMH cartridges! Think about cutting the shapes out in bulk and VOILA!
You're ready for the party.

new video - create with CTMH cricut

Good morning,

For those of you that enjoy CRICUT already or just started to learn on your own, you'll want to watch the newest video @ Close To My Heart (by Kristine).

From Art Philosophy, Artiste to Artbooking ( released Summer 2013) there are tons of ideas and images for us to make something from embellishments, alphabets, labels, tags, 3D projects, party items, layout backgrounds to a whole album.

During this month I'll be posting many of the projects made from my CTMH CRICUT collection. Come visit often!

Have a great day,

Friday notes #1 - A little gift

Since it is the first Friday of the month, I'd like to start here and share few things about clear stamp and the art of stamping that I've seen and learned - for anybody who enjoys the fun of creating something and doesn't mind on getting inked fingers.
:)

This cool card features one of the new Mini stamps from 2013 Fall Winter idea book, called "A little gift".
I used a brand new CTMH circle spin card as base and stamped the gift image as part of the background.  The gift in the spinning circle is done by stamping twice on both colored cardstock (sunset and buttercup) cut out in pieces, then glued together with 3D foam adhesive to give dimension.
The bottom of the card is filled with paper strips from Babycakes papers. these were punched out one by one with the new CTMH scallop border punch and put all together.

I stamped another gift image on the back of the spinning circle as well.

You can see the Babycakes papers in here.
You can see the scallop punch in here.
You can see the white circle spin cards and envelopes pack in here.

To order  this new stamp from my online shop, click here and for the Mini stamps, click here.

Happy stamping!
